Sitework begins on PrimeCare’s new medical office building

Site work has begun for PrimeCare’s new medical office building just off Route 111 across from Southern Maine Medical Center.

The 51,000 square foot building will feature expanded space for several PrimeCare practices, as well as administrative offices. A full service imaging center and outpatient laboratory will be available when the building opens. The building is expected to be completed in the December 2007 timeframe.

The PrimeCare practices located in Kennebunk, Old Orchard Beach and Saco will remain where they are to ensure that our patients have convenient access to PrimeCare’s services. In addition, the Internal Medicine office in Biddeford will remain in its current location.
