Have you heard a radio advertisement lately from SMMC Primecare Physicians about our ongoing clinical research efforts? Great! You've come to the right place for more information. We're recruiting people with certain conditions for special studies.
Atrial Fibrillation - If you have atrial fibrillation, you may qualify.
Cholesterol - If you have a family history of high cholesterol, are currently being treated with cholesterol lowering medications and are having a hard time managing your cholesterol levels, you may qualify.
Congestive Heart Failure - If you have recently been hospitalized for congestive heart failure related symptoms and are currently taking medications for treatment of this condition, you may qualify.
COPD (chronic bronchitis and/or emphysema) - If you have COPD and cardiovascular disease, you may qualify.
Coronary Disease/Type 2 Diabetes - If you have type 2 diabetes and have recently been hospitalized for a heart attack, you may qualify.
Gout - If you have gout and cardiovascular disease, you may qualify.
Osteoarthritis - If you have osteoarthritis or rheumatoid arthritis and take medication for pain, you may qualify.
